SENIOR MEDICAL ADVISOR
THE AUTORISED DOCTOR OF THE FRENCH AMBASSY IN MONTENEGRO
CLINIC OF ONCOLOGY AND RADIOTHERAPY, SERVICE FOR MEDICAL ONCOLOGY, CLINICAL CENTER OF MONTENEGRO, PODGORICA

NADA CICMIL-SARIC was born in Sarajevo, former Yugoslavia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, where she finished, primary school, a gymnasium, a five-year medical study completed her internship and passed the professional exam.
From the training days, she worked as a clinical doctor of the Institute of Radiology and Oncology in Sarajevo, after which she specialized in internal medicine (Sarajevo) for the needs of the Institute. She speaks two foreign languages: French and English.
As a scholarship holder of the French Government, she spent one year of training in the field of medical oncology, radiotherapy, pain therapy and Cancer Registry at the Pierre et Marie Curie Institut in Paris.
Due to war and family events 1992/93. she goes to Podgorica, Belgrade, Foča and then again in Podgorica: Clinical Centar Podgorica, Clinical Center Bežanijska kosa: Department of Hematology / Oncology, Faculty of Medicine, University of East Sarajevo: expert associate in oncology, Clinic for oncology and radiotherapy Clinical Center of Montenegro where she has been employed since twelve years ago.
By decision of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Srpska, she gained the title “primarius: Senior Medical Advisor”.
During the period of work on Bežanijska Kosa, she was part of the international team for the oncology field.
She cooperated and collaborated with oncology centers in France (Villejuif), Turkey (Acibadem), Germany (Eppendorf). In the area of prevention of breast cancer and lung cancer and psychological support for cancer patients, she cooperate with a number of NGOs (“Woman Today “, “Zdrava Donna Montenegrina”, “Confidence”,“Anima”). In this framework she cooperates with audio and video media as well with in projects of the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare of Montenegro and projects of local government bodies in Montenegro.
She is the author of several papers published in indexed journals; she completed her doctoral studies in oncology, and passed the doctoral exam.
She published the monograph “Breast Dysplasia and Risk of Cancer”
She translated from the French chapter for the book “General Clinical Oncology and Palliative Care”, Vladimir Todorović and associates.
She translated into French a piece of popular literature.
She regularly participates and actively participates in the work of ESMO, AROMA and Best of ASCO meetings as well as all oncology local and regional events. She has conducted more than fifty voice presentations, of which a significant number in English.
She participated in the realization of four scientific projects: one organized by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Srpska, one organized by the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare of Montenegro and two organized by the pharmaceutical company Hoffman La Roche Montenegro.
She has been engaged as an associate: lecturer in teaching and mentor in practical training for students and specialists in family medicine for the oncology field of the Faculty of Medicine in Podgorica. For several years he has been working as an authorized physician of the French Embassy in Montenegro.
