Nenad Stepić


Born 31.12.1966. in Kumanovo.
School of Medicine, completed 1993, at the University of Belgrade with an average score of 8.01.
He specialized in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery completed in 1999 with honors.
He received his MA in 2002 with a work entitled “The impact of the degree of contracture of the fingers fist on the success of surgical treatment of Dupuytren’s contracture.”
Elected teaching assistant in 2003 and re-elected in 2007.
PhD thesis entitled “Effects of intraoperative perineural steroid injection on median nerve conduction in patients with carpal tunnel syndrome”, defended in 2008.
He became assistant professor in 2011.
Head of the Clinic for Plastic Surgery and Burns, Military Medical Academy since 2012.
He is the author of the monograph “Dupuytren’s contracture.”
He is the author of two chapters in the textbook for medical students of the Medical Faculty in Sarajevo.
Is the author of chapters in the monograph entitled “Melanoma”.
He is author and co-author of a large number of articles published in leading professional journals in the country and abroad.
Invited lecturer in recent years in a number of international conferences at home and abroad.
One of the editors of “European Journal of Plastic Surgery”.
President of the Serbian Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery.
